Service Excellence Solutions is led by Cassandra Willis-Abner, an accomplished executive leader, consultant, and coach with decades of experience supporting organizations in manufacturing, production, healthcare, and unionized environments.
Cassandra has partnered with plant leaders, executives, supervisors, clinicians, engineers, and
cross-functional teams to strengthen leadership capability and operational performance. Her
work spans workforce engagement and development, management and skills-based training,
culture transformation, and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
